Most of our civil litigation is in the federal court system involving Internal Revenue Service controversies.  On occasion, we do handle Florida Department of Revenue tax matters, and,  for our existing clients, we handle non-complex business and civil litigation.   As a general rule we do not accept most non-tax litigation cases from third parties who are not already pre-existing clients or affiliated with a client.
